Clear terms before work begins.
Every engagement has a defined structure, commitment, and terms agreed before any work starts. Fees are set once we've discussed the scope, level of support, and complexity of the work.
Compare every engagement
Most people start with a scoped piece of work and scale up only if it makes sense.
| Engagement | What it's for | Structure | Start |
|---|---|---|---|
| Talent Systems Architecture & Advisory | Diagnose what isn't working, design the future state, and create the roadmap to get there. | Monthly engagement · scheduled working blocks · month-to-month | Book an intake call |
| AI Talent Engineer | AI workflows, automations, integrations, and the checks that catch where AI is confidently wrong. | Monthly engagement · scheduled working blocks · month-to-month | Book an intake call |
| Executive & Specialized Search | Leadership seats, business-critical hires, and specialized roles with a narrow pool. | Engaged search · staged, split, or monthly fee | Book an intake call |
| Fractional Head of Talent | Embedded senior talent leadership plus the systems to scale hiring. | 2 days/wk or 60 hrs/mo · 3-month minimum · 30 days notice | Book an intake call |
Fees are quoted on the intake call and confirmed in writing before work starts. For larger, longer-term, or multi-workstream engagements, a custom structure may make more sense.
How the ongoing work is delivered
Talent Systems Architecture & Advisory and AI Talent Engineer engagements are delivered in scheduled working blocks rather than through on-call support.
- Delivery time is reserved in advance, typically in half-day blocks. Recurring days can be set where that suits the work.
- Investigation, design work, working sessions with your team, vendor coordination, and review are handled within the reserved delivery time.
- Requests that come up in between are collected and worked in the next session.
- If something needs more capacity in a given month, additional blocks are added.
This exists so the work gets real focus and so the schedule is predictable on both sides. It gives complex systems work enough uninterrupted time to investigate properly, design against what's actually there, and document decisions rather than fragmenting it across small requests.
Start with the problem
Start with an intake call. Bring the problem, not a predetermined service. We'll identify what kind of support actually fits and what the scope should look like. There's no charge for the call, and you'll have a written fee before anything begins.
